From Eritrea to the United States — in her own words.

Kidisti’s journey from Eritrea to Sudan, and eventually to the United States, carried decades of history that had never been formally recorded. Her family knew pieces of the story — but not the whole of it. Through guided conversations, we drew out the moments that shaped her, and crafted them into a hardcover book her family will carry for generations.

A mother’s journey, in her own words.
