06 AI & Technology

Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

Legacy Storybook uses AI tools to assist in the writing, editing, structuring, and production of memoir and storybook content. These tools are used solely by Legacy Storybook staff to help craft and refine your family's story.

  • AI tools may be provided by third-party companies such as Anthropic, PBC (maker of Claude). These providers have their own privacy policies.
  • We use AI tools under agreements that do not allow your personal data or story content to be used to train AI models. Your family's story is never used to improve any AI system.
  • Story content processed through AI tools is handled with strict confidentiality and not shared beyond what is necessary to produce your book.
  • AI is a production tool only. Our founders and team review, edit, and take full responsibility for all final content delivered to you.

If you have concerns about AI use in your project, contact us at contact@legacystorybook.com before engaging our services. We are happy to discuss your preferences.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Meta's advertising data use at facebook.com/ads/preferences or optout.aboutads.info.

  • AI tool providers — solely for memoir production, under terms prohibiting use of your data for model training
  • Legal authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or court order

We will never share, rent, or sell your information to marketers, data brokers, or unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
