How It Works
Simple for the family.
Extraordinary in the result.
We don’t hand you a questionnaire. We sit with you — and with the person whose story deserves to be told.

Step by Step
What happens, and what we ask of you.
The interviewYour loved one’s part
One of our two founders sits down with your loved one for two or three recorded sessions of about 90 minutes each, depending on the package — three to six hours of conversation in all. The sessions are unhurried by design; that is the whole point of them.
It’s a conversation, not a questionnaire. Almost everyone worries at first that their story isn’t interesting enough. The interview is built for exactly that: the craft is in asking the question that opens the door.
The photographsYour part
You gather the pictures that matter. We set them into the story, beside the moments they belong to. Depending on the package, a book holds up to 30, 40 or 50 photographs.
Writing & designOur part
The recordings become a professionally written narrative, true to their voice — up to nine life chapters, laid out with your photographs, with a cover made for them. The same founder who asked the questions writes the book.

Your reviewYour part
You read it before anyone else does. Every package includes three revision rounds — factual corrections, structural feedback and tone adjustments. If after all three it still doesn’t sound like your loved one, we keep working at no additional cost.
Nothing goes to print until you’ve read every word and given your final sign-off.
DeliveryThe best part
Printed, bound, full-colour hardcovers, delivered to your door — three copies in every package, with additional copies available in The Family Experience.
Then comes the part we never get tired of. Watch two families open theirs.

You won’t be assigned a writer. You’ll get one of us.
Filmon or Eleonso, one of the two founders, conducts every interview, writes every book and sees it through to print.
