What if my parent doesn’t want to do it?
Most people who say “nobody wants to hear my story” change their mind ten minutes into the first sitting. If they don’t, you tell us after that first sitting and we refund you in full. The risk is ours.
Where do the sittings happen?
In person where we can get to them, or virtual anywhere. Every sitting is recorded either way, and you keep the recordings. We’ll settle the dates on the call after you order.
We want it to be a Christmas surprise. Can the sittings wait?
Yes. Choose the gift box at checkout. We mail it by December 15 with the card and the first question inside, and the sittings start in January. The price, the book and the promise are the same. If it isn’t a surprise, skip the box and we start as soon as you’re ready.
When will the book be finished?
A few months after the first sitting. If you need it by a particular date, say so on the call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. At checkout you can pay in full or choose 4 payments of $112.25$99.75$174.75. Either way the price is $449$399$699, and either way the promise above holds.
How many copies can we get?
Two are included, three if you order by November 30. Every copy after that is $75, for life. Order more at any time, including years from now.
What is the voice film?
A short animated film of pages from their book, narrated in their own voice from the recorded sittings. It’s normally part of our Family Experience package. This holiday it comes with every Holiday Storybook, as part of the digital edition, delivered with the book and the recordings.
What is the digital edition?
